Industry & traceability

Know where every part came from, and where it went.

Traceability is not decided on recall day: it is built at every receipt, every movement, every check. The solution holds that chain end to end.

Dedicated solution

The problem

Traceability lives in spreadsheets, until the day it has to answer

As long as nothing happens, the spreadsheet is enough. The day you must trace a lot back, it no longer is.

The lot gets lost between stages

Receipt, storage, production, shipping: each stage has its own file, and the link between them rests on someone’s memory.

Quality control is disconnected from stock

A rejected part still counts as available until someone remembers to remove it by hand.

Tracing a chain takes days

Finding which finished goods contain a suspect lot means reopening every production file, one by one.

What the solution covers

One continuous chain, from supplier to finished goods

These capabilities exist in the product and run on your own data.

Items, lots and serial numbers

Every entry carries its lot or serial number and keeps it until it leaves. That is what makes tracing possible.

Multiple locations

Warehouses, zones, sites: stock is located, not merely counted.

Traced movements

Receipt, transfer, consumption, scrap: every movement leaves a line, with its author and timestamp.

Manufacturing orders and bills of materials

What goes into an order is recorded, so what comes out can be linked back to its components.

Checks and quarantine

A failed inspection blocks the part. A waiver, if granted, is traced with its reason.

Stock valuation

Value follows movements, per site, with no re-keying into a parallel spreadsheet.

The journey

From the lot received to tracing the chain back

The same sequence, whatever the item.

  1. 1

    Receipt

The lot arrives with its supplier reference and quantity, at a specific location.

  2. 2

    Check

Inspection passes, rejects or quarantines. Available stock follows immediately.

  3. 3

    Production

The order consumes identified lots and produces an output linked to them.

  4. 4

    Trace back

From a suspect lot, you find the orders that consumed it and what came out of them.

Optional, piloted or not activated

What stays optional, piloted or not activated

A capability qualified here takes nothing away from the rest: the solution is operational, these specific points are not yet.

  • Onboarding is guided: we configure the sector with you rather than leaving you in front of an empty setup.
  • RFID reading is not operational. Approval has not been obtained, and no stock movement is triggered by a radio event.
  • Sector configuration is done with us: bills of materials and inspection plans do not configure themselves.
  • No sector regulatory compliance is claimed at this stage.
